Theodore B. Novey, Ph.D., age 87, beloved husband of M. Pat Novey, nee Reuben; loving father of Dr. Donald W. (Judy) Novey and the late William E. (Jody) Novey; stepfather of Lise (Buck) Strom and CJ Rogers, Ph.D.; cherished grandfather of Miguel Solari Novey, Rachel (Bradley) Ross, Annie (Dan) Chiado and Samuel Strom; great-grandfather of Chase Ross; dear brother of the late Shirley (Morton) Gordon. Theodore’s accomplishments were too numerous to mention. He will be missed by all who knew him — graveside Service Monday, 2 p.m. at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
