ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. — Charlotte Elaine (Owings) Gianneschi, 33, Arlington Heights, Ill., a former Marion resident, died at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday in Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge, Ill.
Mrs. Gianneschi lived in Marion for 15 years before moving with her family to Anderson. She was a former member of the Marion Skating Club and was the holder of many United States roller skating titles during her skating career. She also placed second in dance skating at the World Roller Skating Championships 1986.
Surviving are her husband, Larry III; a son, Larry IV; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Owings, Tarpon Springs, Fla.; a brother, Gene Owings, Sun Valley, Calif.; and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Charlotte Stevens, Tarpon Springs, Fla.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Edna’s Church, 2525 N. Arlington Road, Arlington Heights, III. The burial will be in Arlington Heights.
Friends may call at the Lauden-berg-Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights.
