SCHNEIDERMAN, Sylvia (née Friendly)

On Wednesday, June 4, 2014. Wife of the late Clarence Schneiderman. Loving mother and mother-in-law of David and Miriam, Jonathan and Shelley. Cherished grandmother of Marco and Maya Schneiderman; Zachary, Erica, and Dahlia Schneiderman. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Lily and the late Harold Friendly, Nathan, the late Rita Kaufman, the late Toby and the late Maurice Brounstein, and sister-in-law of Zelda and the late Arthur Schneiderman. Daughter of the late Ann and Jacob Friendly; daughter-in-law of the late Polly and Elis Schneiderman. Beloved Auntie Sliv to nieces and nephews and their families. Cherished cousin. Special friend to Farla Grover. Funeral service in the main sanctuary of Congregation Shaar Hashomayim, 120 Côte-Saint-Antoine Road, Westmount, on Friday, June 6 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, 1250 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont. Shiva at her home. Contributions in her memory may be made to the “Sylvia and Clarence Schneiderman Endowment Fund for Meals on Wheels” c/o Congregation Shaar Hashomayim, (514) 937-9471 — arrangements entrusted to Paperman & Sons.
