Selma Mandelberg (nee Caplan), of Towson, Maryland, passed away on Monday, January 30th, 2023, at 97. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jerome W. Mandelberg; her dear children, Stephanie (Michael) Feldman and Michael (Cheryl Derrington) Mandelberg; and her cherished grandchildren, Brooks Feldman, Rebecca Feldman, Marie Mandelberg, and Amy Mandelberg. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Louis and Lena Caplan, and her devoted brothers, David Caplan and Harry Caplan.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Interment Mikro Kodesh Beth Israel Cemetery; 6700 Bowleys Lane, Baltimore, Maryland 21237.
