Abe Rodkin, age 89, beloved husband of Rose, nee Orris: loving father of Yale (Hinita) Rodkin and Sander (Gloria) Rodkin of Highland Park; four devoted grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brother of the late Jacob, William, Rose Lebow and Sarah. Services Wednesday, 11 a.m., at Weinstein Brothers North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette, Interment Westlawn Cemetery. Oldest living member of the South Side Hebrew Congregation, in point of service (now Central Synagogue). Please omit flowers. Chapel visitation only at the time of services. Info. 256-5700.
