ESCONDIDO — Lisa Shack, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Shack of 1458 Via Valente, died Thursday in Minneapolis. She was born Aug 19, 1970, in Phoenix. Surviving are her parents, two sisters, Jennifer and Julie, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Shack of Baltimore.
Services are scheduled for 1 pm Sunday at Home of Peace Cemetery, 3853 Imperial, San Diego. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Tay Sachs Prevention Program at San Diego's University Hospital.
