Charles S. “Chuck” Newman, an Air Force Veteran, died on November 2, 2011, in Delaware County. Survivors: Beloved husband and best friend of 25 years to Nancy (nee Pickett); father of Allyson (Terry) Kiesow, Brett Newman, and Scott (Beth) Newman; step-father of Michelle Kloss and Karen (Russell) Leaf; Pop-Pop to eight loving grandchildren. Visitation: Relatives, friends, and colleagues are invited to his viewing and funeral Monday morning after 10:30 AM at Kish Funeral Home Ltd., 1998 Sproul Rd., Broomall, PA 19008. Religious Services and eulogies to follow at 12:30 PM. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Media, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Chuck’s memory to Delaware County Intermediate Unit, Education Foundation/Hearing Dept., 200 Yale Ave., Morton, PA 19070.
