Sybel Beilinson Hoffman
ASHEVILLE — Sybel Beilinson Hoffman, 94, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018, surrounded by her children, Paul and Ellen Mittman, both of Asheville, North Carolina. She was born in New York City and, as an adult, resided in Miami Beach, Florida, before moving to Asheville in 1998.
She had many interests, including tennis, dancing, playing bridge in her later years, and the symphony and opera throughout her life. She traveled the world extensively with her husbands and as a child with her parents.
Sybel was a wonderful friend and was well-known throughout the community for being an elegant and warm woman. She will surely be missed by her wonderful nephew and his wife, Steve and Denise Beilinson, and her many dear friends.
