Mr. Fred Mittman died at his home on Monday, October 14, 1907, of diabetes. He was born near Cloverdale, May 20, 1875. In 1901, he married Miss Eleanora Kuhn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kuhn. During his six years of marriage, three children came to brighten his life. Besides his widow, three children — Frank, aged 6, Helen, 4, and Elmer, 17 months old — two sisters, five brothers, and his father mourn his loss. He was buried on Wednesday morning at 9:30 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Rev. de la Porte officiating. Interment was at Wheaton Cemetery.
