Mittman, Bernie, of Delay Beach, FL, and New Hyde Park, NY, on Thursday, October 23, 2008. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. Bernie was a successful businessman, the founder of Brandeis Masonic Lodge, and the founder of Temple Torah in Little Neck, NY. Player for the first Erasmus Hall Championship Basketball Team of 1939. He was also very active in the Basketball Association of Brooklyn. He had many friends and will be missed by all.
