DEMAS, John James, M.D. — In S.F., May 2, 1996. Loving father of James and Kent Demas, and Carla Farris. Dear grandfather of Alexis and Stefanie Farris. John will be missed by Renata Demas, dear friends Elias, Alice, and Eleftheriades, as well as the Mittman, Gabby, Strager, Stathacos, Carris, and Athens Families. He was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. John was a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the Board of Trustees at St Francis Hospital, and practiced at St Francis Hospital for 38 years. He was a proud supporter of the National Rifle Association.
Friends are invited to visit after 4 pm on Wednesday and to attend the Funeral Services at 7 pm at Halsted N. Gray-Carew & English, 1123 Sutter St. In his memory, donations to St. Francis Hospital, 900 Hyde St., SF. CA 94109 preferred.
