Mittman, beloved husband of the late Mary; dear father of Phyllis (Ted) Wempe, Donald (Denise), Karen, Mary (Al) Cecil, and Donna Mittman; grandfather of six; fond brother of Eleanor Stark, Betty Higgins, Ferdinand (Doris) Mittman, and the late Michael, Agnes Heinneman, and Marie Wiesbrook. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 9 p.m. at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton. Funeral Mass Monday, 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church, Winfield.
