ELIZABETH V. HIGGINS

Nee Elizabeth V. Mittman, age 86, of Riviera Beach, passed away Thursday, December 5, 1991. She was a member of the Altar Society and Ladies Guild at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Riviera Beach. She had been a hairdresser for many years.

Predeceased by her husband, Edwin O. Higgins, in 1977, she is survived by a sister and brother, and several nieces and nephews.

A Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday at the NORTHWOOD FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, W.P.B. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Committal and entombment will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

EDWIN O. HIGGINS

Age 80, of 311 West 22nd Street, Riviera Beach, passed away at his home early Wednesday morning, Feb. 2nd, 1977. He was a Veteran of World War I and a member of American Legion Post No. 268, Riviera Beach.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth V, and one sister, Mrs. Irene Heath, of St. Charles, Illinois.

There will be a recitation of the rosary at 8:30 p.m. tonight in Northwood Funeral Home Chapel, a Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 4th, 1977, in St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Riviera Beach, Committal services and burial will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today. The family requests that no flowers be sent; donations may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in memory of Mr. Higgins.
