[605]Yale Rodkin, fur firm president, dead at 64
Yale Rodkin, 64, of Northbrook, died Monday at Highland Park Hospital. Services were held Tuesday at Piser North. Suburban Memorial Chapel, Skokie. The interment was in Westlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Rodkin was the owner and president of Javurek Furs, 6155 Cermak Road.
He was also a member of the Association of the Fur Industry of Chicagoland, Special Services of World War II, the South Shore Fellowship Club, and the Central Synagogue of South Side Hebrew Congregation.
He is survived by his wife, Hinita; two sons, Lawrence and David; his mother, Rose; and four grandchildren.
