August B. Freedman, 62, an auditor for Saul S. Siegal Co., a Chicago drapery fabric firm, died Tuesday at 5900 N. Sheridan Rd. Survivors include his widow, Helen; a son, Richard; a daughter, Mrs. Lois Burke; his mother, Mrs. Gitta Freedman; a brother; and six grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel at 1300 W. Devon Av.
