Herman “Chaim” Zukerman, beloved husband of Dorothy, nee Shachner: loving father of Judith (Jerome) Kaufman and Elyse Zukerman; grandfather of Ariel and Daniel; brother of Samuel (Etta). Ethel, Saul (Seima), Ida, Thelma, Frances, Marvin (Adeline). and the late Jeanne and Lenore; brother-in-law of Harold (Natalie) Shachner; uncle and friend of many. He was a Renaissance Man: a Torah and Talmud Scholar and Teacher, an Artistic, Creative, Loving, Ethical, and Caring Man who brought beauty and joy to many whose lives he touched. Services Tuesday, 10 a.m. at Weinstein Brothers Wilmette Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette (one block north of Old Orchard), Interment Westlawn Cemetery. Visitation at time of service.
